If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you. If this is the case we will e-mail you with the option of cancelling your order if you prefer.
We make every effort to display as accurately as we can the colours of merchandise shown on this site. However we regret we are unable to guarantee the true colour reproduction of the shades displayed as browsers, screens and printers do vary in colour output.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We use a third party payment provider called "Sage Pay". Sage Pay is audited by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure that they comply with the latest security standards set out by Visa and MasterCard. If you have processed your order online using the payment pages hosted by Sage Pay, please locate and click on the padlock image which can be found on our payment pages to confirm that your details are collected in a secure environment.
Once you have entered your card details, Sage Pay will securely send these details to the bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process and we ensure that your details cannot be accessed by a third party. We, ourselves, do not hold any credit details and these would have to be re-entered each time you would like to buy goods from this site.
All prices quoted are British Pounds Sterling, and all purchases will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.
ORDERING OUTSIDE THE UK - CUSTOMS DUTY AND SALES TAXES
If you request deliveries to a non European Union country, please note:
1. Your purchase will be UK Value Added Tax exempt, and 20% will be deducted from the cost of your item on checkout.
2. You may have to pay import duty and sales tax in the country of importation, which will be charged by the importing country's customs.
All of our merchandise comes with a 21 day no quibble guarantee, subject of course to it being returned in its original condition, except that for reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of socks unless they are returned unworn and fully packaged.
Our Offices and warehouses are open most days except for Christmas (two days), New Year’s Day, and British national holidays.
Total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to you. We shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty, in contract or in any other way. We cannot accept any liability as a result of any failure to comply with specific instructions set out on this site. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Paypal, Visa Debit, Visa and MasterCard. We do not invoice for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not invoiced until they are shipped.

CASHMERE AND PURE WOOL PRODUCTS
Please note that pure cashmere and pure wool socks are made with fine luxury yarns that by their nature are not hard wearing. We recommend our pure cashmere socks are used as house socks or worn only in well fitting shoes. In loose fitting shoes, or shoes with exposed nails, the fibers are easily damaged and holes can appear very quickly. If treated properly you should get good wear from your Corgi socks.
If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original condition.
As stated above, we guarantee your satisfaction, though you should note that for reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of socks unless they are returned unworn and fully packaged.
• Genuinely faulty merchandise will be credited in full for the item as well as original post and packaging charges.
• All merchandise returned must be accompanied with the original packing note.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches the Corgi warehouse in Wales.
It is increasingly important for us to continuously review the activities we undertake, against criteria focused on protection of the environment.
Demand from consumers worldwide for quality knitted accessories fits neatly with the need to utilize renewable natural resources (such as cotton, wool and cashmere yarn), rather than deplete finite ones. It also provides essential employment and capital for both third world and developed economies.
Almost all the yarns we use are natural fibres such as cotton, wool and cashmere. We always purchase these from high quality manufacturers based in either the UK or Italy. Where we use nylon in some processes, this is sourced from within the UK.
All yarn waste is stored and collected weekly by a local charity for distribution to clubs, schools and charities for use in art projects etc. All plastic, cardboard and paper waste is collected by a local recycling company, with the result we send zero waste to landfill.
We have had the factory completely re-wired in recent years, and have also had new lighting installed to cut power usage. We have installed an efficient new boiler and heating system, again to reduce our energy consumption. As we are dealing with natural fibres we do not use any harmful chemicals on the site.
We have tried to reduce our paper usage to a minimum, no longer sending correspondence by paper, but whenever possible sending it electronically. We no longer send out paper invoices and statements but instead use e-mail. We keep the printing of catalogues and promotional materials to an absolute minimum, and use electronic media to circulate our new designs to our sales agents and customers.
Sustainability and environmental issues are handled directly by the joint Managing Directors, Chris Jones and Lisa Wood, and are integral in every process and decision within the business.
Looking after the needs of our cstomers is our primary concern. On the rare occasions where there might be a problem with an incorrect dispatched order or the merchandise is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at our customer service department. We promise a speedy response with friendly and helpful service from the customer service team.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will normally dispatch your order the same day or the next working day, depending on the time the order was received and on stock availability.
U.K. orders are normally delivered in 4 working days (during sale promotions this may increase to 7 days).
Overseas orders are generally delivered in 10 to 14 working days.
