There are some big changes going on at Corgi HQ as we are extending our factory to incorporate a new machine room.
The new room will house four brand new socks machines, as well as another yarn store and a new and improved Factory Shop.
The extension will also allow us to take on some more staff, in addition to the three new staff members we have already taken on since Christmas.

**UPDATE** April 2014
The new building at Corgi HQ is coming along nicely now. As you can see from the pictures below, we’re heading into the final stages of the process and are hoping that the building will be ready for use within the next 2-3 weeks. We’re aiming to hold an official opening later in the year, hopefully with some very special guests in attendance.
**UPDATE** May 2014
Time for another update on our progress with the new building at Corgi HQ. As you can see from the pictures below, the job is very nearly complete and we’re looking forward to putting the new sock machines in place and setting up and merchandising our brand new factory shop within the next few weeks.
As we mentioned before, we will be holding an official opening later in the year, but in the meantime it’s a case of roping in the younger members of the Corgi team to help get the job finished – can you spot our Director Chris’ son Joshua mopping the new floors below?!
